    The Marina

Barton Marina opened for business in 2001, a home for over 300 narrowboats linked to the Trent and Mersey Canal.

In creating one of Staffordshire's best loved leisure spots, 1.3 million tonnes of sand and gravel were excavated from the ninety acre site, woodlands were planted, footpaths laid and Barton Marina and its neighbouring lakes were developed.

In 2022, Barton Marina joined the Lakeland Leisure Marinas family.
